Coupled to our service and maintenance programmes we aim to satisfy the demands of all existing and new customers alike, including those who have not purchased or hired through Windsor.

Our regional depots can arrange for the supply of all parts, spares and consumable items. Our prices are always competitive and we carry over 90% of line items in stock, with daily replenishment to our depots and field engineers.

All parts within 24 hours

Any part not available from stock is obtained through our established supply agreements, and would normally be available within 24 hours. We supply genuine parts from both Komatsu and JLG to ensure full compliance with service warranties and safety certification.

Our regional depot parts managers are available to you directly by telephone or email. We're very proud of our local coverage and have deliberately maintained this in response to customers who are frequently frustrated by our competitors who offer access only via call centres.
